Our Guiding Documents

Nestled at the base of the North Georgia mountain foothills, we are in the very desirable south Forsyth County area with outstanding schools and abundant recreation opportunities.  The Vickery Lake community, started in 2005, consists of 140 ranch-style homes (some with basements and some with an upstairs floor) ranging in size from 2300 to over 6000 sq ft of living space with 3 and 4 bedrooms.  Several acres of beautiful amenities available only to residents include a pool, clubhouse, lake and walking trail.  The monthly homeowner fee covers maintenance of the clubhouse and pool, as well as common ground maintenance and yard maintenance for all homes (grass cutting, fertilizer/pesticide applications, edging, and pine straw application in the beds).  In addition, our community has very active social groups including card groups, monthly happy hour activity and  periodic social gatherings at the clubhouse and neighbors' homes, such as a monthly dining in or mix & mingle activity and a men's association.
